Every book is written and printed in English, in warm, simple sentences made for reading aloud. Your child's name is printed on the cover and throughout the story, and you'll see it in your free cover preview and again in the full proof before anything is printed.

A clear photo of the face in natural light. Avoid dark photos, side-on shots, or photos where a hand or a toy covers part of the face. If the photo isn't good enough, we'll ask you for another one before we start.

Yes. We don't print anything until you've reviewed the digital proof and approved it, and one round of changes is included in the price.

We print and ship within 2 to 4 business days after you approve the proof. Delivery to the US takes 10 to 14 days.

We'll reprint it and ship it again for free. Send us a photo of the defect on WhatsApp within 14 days of delivery.

Yes, any time before you approve the digital proof, and we'll refund you in full. Once printing starts, the book is a personalized product made with your child's name and can't be resold, so after that we can only accept a cancellation if the book is defective.
